No update on my order

My partner and I are switching to EE from another network. On Sunday we both ordered exactly the same phone on monthly contract (iPhone 12 pro 512gb graphite) as this was the model that was available the quickest.

Yesterday he received notification from DPD that his phone is arriving tomorrow. I have had no update on mine at all, yet we ordered on same day to the same address. 
When I click on the link text to me, it just says “order confirmed”. 
Can I get an update?

I'm surprised that you have received notification from DPD so quickly. Is it definitely the iPhone 12 Pro 512GB Graphite?

 

I've got down 'expect delivery within 21 days' for that device on our stock checker.

 

Could you double check the order confirmation for each of them please?

It arrived today. At the same time as the the text notification!
