No order confirmation

Hi there,

 

Was looking for a bit of help, I upgraded both of my SiM only plans Wednesday, for two new iPhone 12 Pro Max plans, got the email confirmation through for both orders. But I have only had one email through confirming the order and the facility to view the status. I have had nothing for the second phone. Any ideas why?

I have since spoke to 150 and they have sorted for me thank you.

It sounds like that the ordering team made a mistake and only put one through but the wrong one!

But sorted thankfully to a very good advisor.

Which colour and size did you order, are they both the same?

Hi Leanne,

 

one was a iPhone Pro Max 128Gb, and the other 256Gb, both blue.

Which model have you received the tracking details for, and when did you get the email?

the order confirmation that came through is for the 128Gb phone, I had no upfront cost to pay for either!

The delivery guidance for both models, at the time of your order, was to expect delivery within 14 days.

 

I don't know why you haven't received that second email confirmation though.


It may be worth chatting with our Mobile Care team, just to make sure the order went through OK.
