Hi
Three days ago I upgraded online as I'm an existing customer, I got an email on the day I ordered saying it's been processed, I've had nothing else since. I also used the tracking number which begins with xko not XKN when I checked the tracking info this is what comes up 'sorry we can't show your order details right now'. Please help because I don't fancy waiting for ages on the phone.

xko... is an order number not a tracking number, so at present you cannot track it.
What phone, colour and storage size did you order?
The best way to find out when it is likely to be delivered, is to ring customer service, they may have an update on your order.
If it is the new IPhone, there are others waiting for them, as there has been a high demand and EE is waiting for more stock from Apple.
Here we have no access to stock or accounts.
The evening before delivery, you will receive an email/text from DPD informing you of next day delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, when you will be able to change day of delivery and time, if doles not suit.

@Weenytod27 that made me laugh! Easily done, still I advise ringing customer service, they are the best ones to let you know, but have heard there is a backlog, but no idea with which ones.
