Order placed but unable to track

I placed an order for an in-stock phone "usually despatches within 1 day" for a pay-monthly upgrade yesterday morning, but all I have received is the confirmation email. Attempting to use the order tracker returns "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now." which is completely unhelpful. Guidance please?

What phone did you order, colour and size storage? You can always ring customer service to find out.

 

The evening before dispatch you will receive an email/text from DPD, letting you know that your order will be delivered the following day, and the next day another one with a one hour delivery window delivery time. You can also change the day and time of delivery if not suitable. We have no access to stock and delivery or accounts in the forums, also it does say usually dispatched within one day, and not it will be dispatched within one day, you will receive a tracking number too, if you received an email with order number with xko..., then that is not a tracking number.
