Ordered a TV Monday received confirmation and moneys left account. Havent received initial text from DPD confirming next day. Nothing in app either despite email from EE saying its on way. Didnt get a next day text or a delivery slot text for previous add to plan i made. Need to know so i can be around to receive!!

@RichardC1991 It might be worth calling customer services about this. You’ll need to do this tomorrow now through.

And yes it was. Still nothing showing on the DPD app.
This happened for the last accessory I ordered. It just turned up as i was going out. I assumed it was ok to go out as I had received no text from DPD.
