I recently placed an order for a upgrade through chat.
I have received all the emails that the lady who I spoke with said I would but no order number to keep track of the delivery.
I was told the phone would be with me yesterday before 6.00 but no sign. My DPD account shows no sign of any parcels (and yes it’s registered to the same email).
I appreciate things may be taking more time than usual at the moment but I would expect this to be communicated with me at point of sale.
Is there any way I can find out my order number or what’s happening?
have tried private messenger but no response.

You will need to check EE order tracking:
https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails
DPD will text you when your order is due to be delivered.

I understand all that but can not track an order without an order number which was not on the confirmation email.
how do I get an order number?

Welcome to the community.
If you give our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they will be able to check your account and get the order number for you.
They can also give you an update on your upgrade delivery.
