No order number to track my s21 delivery

Hi i ordered my s21 on the 19th september 128gb white and I understand there is a delay with delivery, however in the email confirming my order there is no order number so I cannot track. Can you clarify how I track this

@Lozt123  When a device has been allocated to you you’ll be sent a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
