Hi,
I made an order yesterday and was told that DPD would be in touch this morning to confirm an hourly slot for delivery but I have not heard anything. I've then tried to track my order but although I've received my confirmation email, there is no order number on there. I appreciate you guys are busy so I didn't want to take up anybody's time with a call but I would really appreciate it if someone could have a look into this when convenient

Welcome to the community.
Your order number would be in your confirmation email and be ten to 12 digits long.
DPD will text when the order is ready to be delivered, what device did you order?

I'm having the same issue, ordered yesterday and have received my confirmation email but there is no order number on it at all.

No nothing so far from DPD. I know because of my location it's not next day delivery, just don't seem to have any order number at all.

DPD will contact you when your order is ready to be delivered.
If you're unable to track your order, the only way to get an update would be to contact our Customer Care team, I'd advise waiting a day or two first.
