Gentlemen, good afternoon
Last Thursday (March 25th, 2021) I registered on EE website and requested two (2) SIM cards on "Pay as you go".
I did not received one order number, but received two mail messages saying my SIM cards are ready to go.
Could you help me to solve such issue?
Regards,
Rodolfo

Hello Leanne,
I re-started the mobile, but there is no EE signal...
Both mobiles (from my wife and I) were unlocked ones...
Any other thing we can do?
Regards,
Rodolfo

Thanks @Rodolfo
Do any other SIM cards work in the phones?
If you enter your postcode into the coverage and status checker, do we have coverage in your area?
Leanne.

Hello Leanne,
I just tried again on both mobiles and it seems to work when we go outside... As stated on the website, the coverage on the are I am currently staying is very weak, so I believe the data signal will become stronger when we get closer to downtown areas...
Could you explain the next steps, in order to pay the bill account and so on?
Best regards,
Rodolfo

Hi @Rodolfo
Once you have set up your My EE account you can top up and purchase a pack, you won't get a bill on pay as you go.
For other ways to top up see our How can I top up my phone? Help page.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
