No order no

Hi I’m due a new phone tomorrow and I can’t find a order number to track it ? And haven’t received a text from dpd 

 

is there any way I can retrieve it?

Hi

iPhone 11 and yes got a email but it had no order no on it

If you don't have your order number, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to give you an update on your order, and also give you any tracking information.
