Hi all,
so on Friday morning I ordered a new pay monthly iPhone 11. I provided a PAC code as I am currently with Smarty mobile so want to keep my number. I received email confirmation straight away stating that I should receive the phone Within 48 hours, following a text about delivery.
Since then, I have not received the expected delivery date email or text, and haven't been able to get hold of anyone to find out where my order is. It’s now Monday!
Appreciate that current circumstances have had a knock on effect to business and deliveries, but it would be nice to find out when my order will be arriving!
I can’t call 150 as I am not with EE currently, and the call centres are stated to be closed on the website. Please could this be looked into?

@Gauky You can call customer services just press a number that is not an option to get out through to someone. You can use this number +44-800-956-6000
