no delivery date

i ordered an iPhone 12 pro on Saturday morning and was told that it would be delivered within 2 days, it is now monday and i still haven’t been given a delivery date

Welcome to the community,

 

Here in the forums we have no access to stocks or accounts, this is a public forum, and stocks are supplied on a first come first served, so if there is a backlog of customers waiting for their products, then this is why you will not have received it.

 

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and on the day another notification with a one hour delivery slot.

 

If you want more information, then you will have to ring customer service who may give you some idea of delivery, as this is down to how much stock EE receive from Apple.

it says my order is in stock though? my order status has not changed since i placed the order

@isabelle1244 , you will have to take this up with customer service, we have no access to stock or accounts here, as I already pointed out to you, you will receive an order update when they are ready to deliver, but there are other customers, who ordered before you and pre-ordered and are still waiting to receive their phones, as I said, first come first served basis.
