I spoke with an advisor over online chat and placed an order. He told me the order had gone through and gave me a delivery date and I’d get an email and text. I’ve had neither. Unable to get back through to the online chat. 

has the order gone through? I’m very confused

Hello,

No I didn’t.

I spoke to one of your EE employees over live chat and got a text message that was it received and would be delivered but I’ve had no emails nothing.
