Hello,
I have ordered a new SIM. I received the confirmation mail but nothing after that. When I try to use order number to track, it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.". I am new in UK so I don't have a SIM with credit to call customer care. I can't complete registration to do live chat. Any way to know if there is anything wrong with my order?

@Darpan1118 sim cards are sent out via Royal mail there is no tracking number what you have is an order number.

Thanks @Chris_B for the reply, Is there any way to know when it will arrive. Also, I got confirmation mail but the amount from bank is not deducted yet. My biggest worry is that I won't know if my order has been cancelled.

They usually arrive within 4 working days. Maybe slightly longer this close to Christmas.

Thanks for your reply. I ordered SIM with 20£ top up, and its not deducted yet from my bank. Will this amount get deducted upon SIM activation?
