I’ve ordered an Apple Watch and chose a plan etc and received email confirmation of order, but I had to phone them to confirm further information To then be told my order wasn’t even placed. I placed it over the phone this morning and she said I’d receive a text/email confirmation. I’ve still not received this and phone lines are very busy to get through. Is there any way I can check on my account about the order or anything I can do? PLEASE HELP

@Sazclarkx To confirm the order you’ll need to call, nothing will be on your account yet as nothing has been added to your account yet.

I placed the order over the phone with the sales team though as the one online didn’t go through but I still haven’t received any update/confirmation. Any idea?
