Hi all
I have a 24 month SIM only plan,I have had it for a year, am i right in saying i am not tied in to finish the plan without a charge or is it the same as a contract phone?
I now want to upgrade to a new phone and contract but can't iff am going to incur a charge for cancelation of the SIM only plan.thankyou

@Kells1 You’ll need to call and speak with customer services about this. You are tied in to a contract as that’s what it is a contract that you agreed to for the set period of time. EE will probably allow you to upgrade to a full contract but you’ll need to call customer services to see if that possible for you.
