I have ordered a new phone with an upgrade and part of the contract said it should have turned up yesterday however have had no communication tried calling 150 with no response and live chat isn’t working so have no way to find out where my phone is and I text help to 150 and it said hope your enjoying your new phone without having my new phone what can I do?

@jhunter98   You need to be patient when calling as customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation.  You will receive a text from DPD usually before 11 am when your device is going to be delivered that day.    Do you have tracking information?  Have you received a text from DPD ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have had no tracking number in my email or no text from dpd to say the phone will be delivered
