Hi there just ordered the 13 pro max  on a telephone call and the money has been taken out for the upfront cost however I have received no email or any information on the delivery

@Yusufmahmood  You’ve not received anything yet as no device can be allocated to you,  you’ve ordered a high demand device that has limited availability and others will be in front of you in the Q waiting on their orders.   You’ll be waiting awhile longer yet 

 

but do check your spam folder in case anything went in there.

Hi there and the only number I received was 9 digits and I still haven’t received a confirmation email even though I placed the order last Wednesday.

I haven’t got an Ee number yet mate not letting me call the number, I placed the order last Wednesday through a call. And only got a 9 digit number. I just want to be able to track my order and get a a confirmation email as I haven’t had one
