Hi,
I ordered the iPhone 12 10 days ago and I’ve still not received a dispatch email? Can anyone tell me why this is.

I don't see how the one I've ordered can be out of stock as it's as 'Good as new' S20. I really need it asap as my current phone is unreliable putting me in dangerous situations due to my working hours.
If I could get through to them I'd cancel the other and choose another phone or go elsewhere.

Same for me. I only got email that phone been ordered and that it will be delivered next day. Since then no email from ee or delivery company.

You should check your bank balance. I had a similar problem with my broadband provider.
I ordered a mobile with them, I received an email to say that my order was successful, they took the money from my bank account.
I did not receive a dispatch email and I paid for next day delivery. I kept checking the order number, and then it disapeared.
I phoned them up to find that the order was not accepted, and it took about three days before the money they took to hit my bank account again.
I would make 100% sure that your order was 100% successful. It could be accepted but low or no stock, which you are in within your rights to have a refund, but do check your bank to see if it has been refunded and chase it up.

So update for mine. I finally got through on the phone after 20 mins of hold music. Apparently something happened in the system, my order was created but the system didn't go any further than that. The lovely adviser put me on hold while he built the order and I now have an email with delivery details so should get it tomo or Wed by DPD.
Hopefully I will and good luck to everyone else.
