I have a samsung 9 and its not working ! I have a blank screen its charged up and Ive turned off and on again..my mates phoned me and left a message ... he told me by messenger .. any clues?

@Richard1966  Please have a read of THIS and it’ll explain what you can try to resolve it.  If it doesn’t work you might need to have the device looked at.  This will obviously mean a cost to you.
