Hi there,
I upgraded my plan last Tuesday and ordered online. It said on the confirmation email it should be despatched the next working day and will receive a text. It’s been over a week and I’ve received nothing. I called 150 a couple of times, been on hold for almost an hour then get the phone out down on me.
I am tempted to just leave and cancel my whole plan/upgrade as I’ve spent a lot of money on this new plan and doesn’t seem worth it.
