No delivery date or further email regarding my order

Hi, I ordered an upgrade on my plan on Thursday. I ordered a pay monthly iphone se in red, when I ordered it the website said that item was in stock and would be dispatched in 24 hrs. Since I got the original order confirmation email I've not had any subsequent emails regarding dispatch or delivery or anything else. I would call 150 to check on the order by my current phone is broken and I cannot get into it (hence why I am eager too get a new phone). Is there a way I can check on my order or find out if there are any issues with my order?

@katie3walker  to find out if there is an issue with your order you will have to call customer services.   And it says usually dispatch in 24 hours not that it will be.   Once you make an order someone has to check that order and these people within EE are extremely busy because of the iPhone 12 orders so they’ll get to your order when it’s next in the list to be checked.  And seeing as you order Thursday at best your order will be with you Monday unless customer services want to speak with you.  It’s best to call them to check.
