No delivery date after confirmation of order

Hi, 

 

My order was confirmed on the 25/06/2020. I was informed that the item was in stock and would be dispatched in 24 hours. 

I still have not received a text or email with delivery information from dpd. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

I ordered a black iPhone 11 (64gb).

Yes, I received the order confirmation on the 25/06/2020 but yet to have any text/email on delivery.

Hi,

I can not get through on either of the numbers as I do not have an EE number because I have not received my phone yet.

Anything else I can do?
