No delivery confirmation on new upgrade

Hi,


I paid for and ordered a new phone on Sunday, I have received order confirmation but have not received any update telling me when my handset will be delivered.

 

Could you advise on what I should do next?

@philipkitchin   What device did you order ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B it was a Pixel 4 XL

If you haven't received an email saying there was a problem with the order, then it'll be going through as normal.

 

DPD will contact you when the phone is ready to be dispatched.
