No confirmation or details about upgrade arriving today

I upgraded my phone/pay monthly contract yesterday afternoon through my account home. I chose expert delivery today between 12:00-14:00 but I haven't received anything about it.

 

No confirmation email or texts. No confirmation about the delivery. There is nothing in my spam folder either.

 

When I log in to my account on my laptop or app on my phone there is no record of the upgrade as it keeps offering me other upgrade options. 

 

Yesterday, I definitely saw the order confirmed/thank you message on my screen when I completed the upgrade.

 

Is this normal? It seems a bit odd to not get any email, text or have a record on my account home of the upgrade.  I thought when I logged in to my account, I'd have a "upgrade arriving today" or similar message. 

 

Guess I will have to wait until 12:00-14:00 to see if it arrives.

When you say 'expert delivery' is it just a normal delivery or did you request the Enjoy service?

 

Which phone did you order?
