I upgraded both mine and my partners phone on Friday, was told delivery would be Monday but have had no confirmation email for my upgrade nor any texts from DPD, my phone should have been here today and my partner has been going without a phone since Thursday!

If you give customer services a call on freephone 0800 317 720 it will get you straight through to someone without any options and they will be able to check your order history and advise what is happening.

The person on the phone told me they have none in stock and I could be waiting all week however the customer service agents I spoke to earlier told me DPD have picked up my parcel and will deliver it within 24 hours. Which advice do I listen to?

@StephEwer if you log into MyEE have your plan changed yet ? if it has then it would mean it's on it's way out.
Customer services have up to date information here on the community there is no account access.

When I click plan and add-ons it says the information is unavailable.

Which phone did you order?
If your phone has been collected by DPD, you should receive a text message before 8pm with tracking information.
