No communication on my order since placed 17th Dec

I ordered an upgrade to IPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue 128 on the 17th December. I received the confirmation email but haven’t heard any further since then.
I understand there are hold ups but would appreciate some word on what is going on and when I can expect to receive it.

 

EE - help please!

The estimated delivery guidance when you ordered was to expect dispatch within 28 days.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t remember that to be honest, only that it was noted as in stock, but I may have missed some small print.

If it’s 28days then that’s good to know. Looking forward to its arrival.
