I have been trying to access my EE app for 3 days with no success. I cannot log onto the website either, it just tells me there is a problem.
I cannot get through to EE on the phone and web chat is continuously unavailable.
I urgently need to gift data! I have staff who are unable to access emails or use sat nav and a son who is unable to log onto virtual learning sessions.
Is there any other way I can gift data please? Or any reason EE seem to be completely down since the end of last week?

I'm sorry to hear this.
If you're unable to gift data, the only other way to do this is to get in touch with our Customer Care team as they can access your account.

Not sure why you cannot log-in to the app or website, but the only way is to contact customer service to get this reset.
Gift dating can only be done to people on your account, but I presume you knew this, there is no account access here. Not sure why some of you are having difficulty accessing your account, as I certainly have not encountered this problem.
