Hello
Please can anyone advise me on how I can get through to EE, other than all the ways shown on their website? I took out a new contract with EE last week but did not receive the package offered so decided to cancel using the 14 days cooling off period. I've been trying to get PAC codes for nearly a week but anyone I speak to after a VERY long wait simply sends me to someone else. I'm currently waiting on the phone to EE returns - a 45 minute wait so far. Help!

I'm not sure from your post if this is what you're trying to do, but you can't cancel a line under the 14day rule and obtain (or use) a PAC for it.
The two processes are mutually exclusive - a line has to be active to be used in the PAC/porting process. If the 14day cooling-off process is used this will result in cancellation & disconnection.
