So I bought the s21 ultra and had to pay an early upgrade fee which has came out of my account.
But my brother also got the s21 ultra and it said he had to pay the early upgrade fee aswell but it didn't take money out from him why is this?
We both have 2 different contacts which was taken out at the same time

If your brother gives us a call on 150, our Mobile Care team will be able to get his account looked into and check why this has not been taken from his bank 🙂

Looks like your brother got lucky. They won't refund you your early upgrade fee but they will eventually charge your brother.

I used to pay 43 a month now I'm paying 85 I seen something about if your monthly goes up on the new contract I don't have to pay the upgrade fee

No that is not the case.
You are breaking a contract to upgrade early. You need to pay for that, the upgrade fee would include a discount for the privilege.
