Hi, we entered a new contract in November/December because of the free Nintendo Switch offer.
We've loved playing it but just 4 months after getting it it no longer charges and reading online it's quite a common thing. Will EE replace the Switch does anyone know as reading up on it they are classed as the retailer so I have to go through them.

You will need to either contact Kondor the supplier, or claim under your Nintendo warranty.
