No dispatch email

I ordered a pay as you go phone yesterday (April 25th) at 1:25 I received the confirmation email but nothing about dispatch it says on the website dispatch should be within 24 hours but today is a Sunday do you still dispatch on Sundays or will it be tomorrow (monday) that it will be dispatced? And are there currently any delays with dispatch and delivery due to covid-19? Thanks

@Ryan201   Devices are not dispatched on Sundays they are done during the week you’ll probably get an update tomorrow about receiving the device on Tuesday.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you Chris, I expected that this would be the case, been stuck without a phone for almost 1 month now as I had originally made an order online with Argos to then be told that they had no order but had taken the money so had to wait to have that refunded I just don't want it to be the same here and I'm wondering if there are any delays to delivery or dispatch right now due to Covid-19, so you know? As I've seen conflicting stories one saying the dispatch and delivery are all running as normal but another said there are delays.
