Nhs perks

Hi there. I’m trying to log on to EE perks. I’ve pressed activate on my nhs work email but when it takes me back to the log on screen for perks it just keeps telling me I’ve entered the wrong email address/password. It won’t let me start again and won’t let me reset the password. 
Help!

Thanks for coming to the community about this.

 

I know how important it is to stay on top of your perks, so let's find out what's going on.

 

When you to login are you 100% using the same email and password you used when signing up. And when you try to change your password have you checked if the email has slipped into your junk or another folder?

Hi there 

yes I’m sure I’m using the right log in details but to make sure I asked to change password. It said it sent me an email which I didn’t receive. I did check the spam folder too. 

I’ve made an appointment to see someone in the store but not sure if they can help.
