New samsung s21 data not working

I've had a new Samsung s21 5g.  My mobile data is not coming on.  I've switched off and on again.  Any ideas

Hello yes it is. It's driving me mad.  Apart from in settings is there anywhere else it should switched on.  I've never had an issue before.  Am I missing something and being daft?

I've gone into settings  network mode and chose 4g, 3g etc.  That works so I guess unless I'm in Birmingham City Centre I'm not going to get the benefit of 5g just yet.  Still at least I've got my data back

if your new to EE then this is a known issue to their tech team. This problem is affecting those who just joined EE, portered their number to EE or changed their number. 

my advice is called them get the call logged and then ask for a credit to your account because your not getting what you paid for. 

you can try reset your network settings etc but this doesn’t work.

if you have  switch on  every thing  then there is a higher  probability  there is somethingb on the  network side   

 

they  just havent told you 

Hi thanks for your response.  I've been with them since they were T-MOBILE.  I'm just waiting for a response from the tech team.  Drives me mad that I couldn't sort it myself. Kind Regards, Tina
