New plan not showing in my account

Hi,

 

On the sunday just gone I upgraded to an Iphone 13 pro max and I got a confirmation Email but my account hasnt changed as I have gone from 100gb a month to unlimited data but it still shows ive got under 100gb left, I do also know that there is a big delay in getting the Iphone so I was just wondering if my plan will update when the phone is dispatched to me?

Hi @b0nd-98.

 

Once a phone as been allocated to you and is ready to be delivered your plan will update in your My EE Account.

 

Keep an eye on our online order tracker to see when your phone will be arriving.

I've just tried putting my details into the order tracker and it says it can't show me my order details right now but I ordered it over 48 hours ago?

If you're unable to track your order using our order tracker, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team for an update.

 

They will be able to access your account and see what is happening.
