New phone meant to arrive today - still no delivery text?

Hey all,


Wondering if you could help. I bought a new phone yesterday over the phone and paid for next day delivery. Ensured it could be delivered to my office and was told I'd receive a text on the morning of the delivery (today) letting me know when it would arrive.

 

I've still yet to receive a text letting me know its even been dispatched. I'm a little worried because  I'll have to phone up and change the address if it's not going arrive during a work day.

 

Any ideas if the phone will arrive today if I've yet to receive a text?
