On the 17th april I decided to upgrade my phone early, I managed to complete it all online, I got a confirmation email with the reference number. I had to pay the early upgrade fee also. I havent heard anything since, no money has been taken out my account and I've got nothing through email or text about the phone? Has it gone through properly?

My phone has arrived today!! phoned 150 yesterday and spoke to someone they managed to cancel the upgrade I did online and do me a new upgrade over the phone. Thank you

Did you manage to get any info with this? I'm in the same situation now. Not sure if there is just a delay in orders due to the ongoing crisis.

I got an email this morning saying they need a bit more information about me to confirm that its actually me, but the phone number they have given me it doesnt go through so I'm just going to phone 150
