Hi
i have the aforementioned phone being delivered to me this Sunday. I selected the fastest option which includes guidance given by ‘tech delivery specialists’. I don’t actually need the advice at all but just wanted to get the quickest possible delivery option.
I am diagnosed with OCD and a small part of this relates to purchasing new products. The product must be brand new so, for example, I already know that the phone I have ordered is factory sealed in shrink wrap and because I know this I will not be able to accept the phone if the shrink wrap has been removed regardless of the supporting reasons.
My question is - does the delivery person remove the shrink wrap prior to delivery as part of the set up process? If they do I will need to cancel the order.
I realise this may sound bizarre, however there is nothing I (or my psychiatrist) can do about this unfortunately.
Any info will be much appreciated
Thanks
Phil

@Phil080466 When the device has arrived just inform the person you don’t need it setting up as you’ll do this yourself. Nothing will be opened before hand.
