Hi, last week I decided to go for an upgrade due to the fact that my elderly handset is rapidly becoming obsolete, Upgrade went smoothly and was expected the new phone to arrive within a couple of days, however after a week now I have not only not received the new phone, but other than the confirmation email, not heard a thing from either EE or DPD couriers
Tried using the order tracker with the order number, but that doesn’t work either, was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same issues

@Jh71 What phone did you order ? Your order number isn’t a tracking number so it’ll never work.
