I am on a two year contract and my earphones have broken only a couple months in. I bought my phone in jan 2019 by the way can I get new ones for free or do I need to pay?

Hello @MYassin1.
That's right.
The phone is still under warranty, you will need to check with the manufacturer regarding your headphones.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hello @MYassin1.
Thanks for coming to the community.
What phone are you currently using?
Are these headphones purchased with the device?

Thanks for confirming @MYassin1.
I would recommend contacting the manufacturer if you are looking for these to be replaced.
However, you are now out of warranty since having the phone almost 2 years.

When you said contact the manufacturer do you mean Apple? Also I made a mistake I got the phone in jan 2020 does that still make me out of warranty? Thanks
