Hi, i upgraded from the 11 pro to the 12 pro pacific blue 128gb on the 3rd of december and was advised that i would receive the new handset within 28 days of ordering. it is now the 30th and the phone has not even been dispatched yet so im a bit worried as to what is happening? theres been no clear communication from EE to tell me about when i should receive it as well, considering they took the money out of my account straight away and i paid the delivery fee on the day this is very disappointing... i have been with the network for 2+ Years and this is really making me rethink things to be honest if their making empty promises to customers about fulfilling orders..
