Hi
Please can someone help me, last weekend I ordered 2 pay monthly SIM cards but have only received one of them. I am switching from another provider and in three day’s I will incur more charges from them. Online chat does not work, so as a disability prevents me using the phone for voice calls, this is not a very inclusive service. I’m hoping someone on here can help me. As a new customer, I have to say I am not impressed so far.

They respond and then don’t speak after that and the chat closes down.

No error code, it is as the agent is closing it down because it asked to rate service afterwards
