New SIM only order has not arrived

I ordered a new SIM for a new number last week. 7 days later still not arrived. There's no tracking. How do I find out where my item is and if it will be delivered or if it has been lost?

Good luck finding out, have been waiting for mine since the 20th and have called customer support 7 times so far with 3 deliveries that have yet to materialise (one being priority). We aren't the only ones either:

I've checked with Royal Mail service updates, every day so far, and no issues with my delivery post code. I'd check there as well just in case yours may be having issues.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care team and they will be able to check the account and see if there is any update for you.

Hi, On 10 April I got the "Nicolae, your EE Flex SIM is on its way" email. It did not arrive. When trying to chat it says I do not qualify and to phone 0800. I called 0800 and they ask for the phone number. I do not know the phone number.

Welcome to the community. 

 

You should have received it by now. If you don't enter a mobile number, it'll ask you a few times and then put you through.

 

Could you give that a try and let me know if you manage to speak to someone?

Hi, in fact I did call and waited to say 3 times, and after it said "we cannot complete your inquiry at this time" or something like that..thanks
