Good morning all,
I upgraded one of the SIM's on my account to the new Black Friday deal 5G 160GB data for £20 yesterday morning and received an email confirming my order.
Using the app this morning shows only 80GB available to use this month but digging deeper into the plan details shows the correct new amount of 160GB so which is true?
I called customer support this morning but they couldn't give me an answer.

Im having the same problem with the Black Friday deal.
160gb and only getting 81gb.

Same problem here, I got in touch with ee and was told a X2 data add on would be added in a couple of days, it's been 7 days since upgrading.
I'm annoyed as I already had the X2 data add on for what I thought was being a loyal customer for 5 years+ now, it was cancelled the next day.
The upgrade advert doesn't state 80gb with X2 add on, so I was expecting to get 320gb after upgrading.... I think I'll cancel and switch to Vodafone or three as they're doing black Friday unlimited contracts for £20-23(Vodafone) £17 (three)

I got the same reply and text; as a word of caution this happened last year to me on a 30gb doubled to 60gb, they applied it instantly last time after two live chats no talk of 10 days. But I will wait out the 10 days and see not holding up my hopes but they can make it happen. I just wish they’d state on the advert that it’s not actually a 160gb plan it’s 80gb that’s then doubled!
