New Black Friday upgrade 160GB £20

Good morning all,
I upgraded one of the SIM's on my account to the new Black Friday deal 5G 160GB data for £20 yesterday morning and received an email confirming my order.
Using the app this morning shows only 80GB available to use this month but digging deeper into the plan details shows the correct new amount of 160GB so which is true?
I called customer support this morning but they couldn't give me an answer.

No the extra data doesn't show up in the add on list I'm afraid.

I already tried the chat facility but didn't get any further than
explaining what type of problem I have.
Seeing as I did the upgrade online maybe I just need to cancel it within
the 14 days and go back to the old plan I had before.
Could you provide a link in order to cancel a SIM only upgrade as
everything I've read refers to a phone plan and how to return a
device, which obviously doesn't apply to me.

I upgraded my sim only contract to another 5G sim only contract I should get 160gb of data but my app is only showing 80gb. All my other account details have updated and the contract email states 160gb so that’s right. Is this some form of double data add on that hasn’t been added? Or is there something I need to do it didn’t say anything of that sort when I selected it but thought I’d ask on here before spending an age on the phone.
