Good morning all,
I upgraded one of the SIM's on my account to the new Black Friday deal 5G 160GB data for £20 yesterday morning and received an email confirming my order.
Using the app this morning shows only 80GB available to use this month but digging deeper into the plan details shows the correct new amount of 160GB so which is true?
I called customer support this morning but they couldn't give me an answer.

I upgraded my sim only contract to another 5G sim only contract I should get 160gb of data but my app is only showing 80gb. All my other account details have updated and the contract email states 160gb so that’s right. Is this some form of double data add on that hasn’t been added? Or is there something I need to do it didn’t say anything of that sort when I selected it but thought I’d ask on here before spending an age on the phone.
