Need access to Security Pin to purchase upgrade but phone screen is broken.

Looking to upgrade from my current model as the repair costs more or less the same as paying off my existing contract. At checkout, I need to confirm my identity with a Security PIN sent to my phone, but my screen is broken so I can't retrieve the PIN. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Big Dave, thanks for getting back to the post so quickly! I do understand the phone traffic is quite high at the mo so I was looking to circumvent that but i'll give it a go now.

The other option is whether you have access to another phone that you can put your SIM into, to receive the text message.

 

It's either that or call in as @Profile closed has suggested.
