@PhilC7  Have you changed the APN setting on your device for EE ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
In one word - HUH? What are APN settings for the ill informed?

In what way is mobile data not working - can you explain what happens when you try to use it?

 

Is your device EE-supplied? Or is it SIM-free and being used with a SIM-only plan?

 

Presumably, but I'll ask, you can make & receive calls ok?

Hi

No problems with phone calls at all.

If I turn off WiFi, the 4G does not pop up - NOTHING happens, phone is offline.

Can you try logging into your My EE app and going to Settings, Mobile Data is this turned on?

Please follow these steps:

 

Menu > Settings > Scroll down to 'Manage your settings' > Use mobile data (please ensure this is enabled).
