In what way is mobile data not working - can you explain what happens when you try to use it?
Is your device EE-supplied? Or is it SIM-free and being used with a SIM-only plan?
Presumably, but I'll ask, you can make & receive calls ok?

Can you try logging into your My EE app and going to Settings, Mobile Data is this turned on?

Please follow these steps:
Menu > Settings > Scroll down to 'Manage your settings' > Use mobile data (please ensure this is enabled).
