Unable to upgrade

I can't upgrade with ee due to every phone I press on it days no plans currently available, however happens on every device I press. I'm an employee so have freinds and family discount 30% code that can apparently only be used online. Therefore Im stuck with my old contract

Glad you have commented as you seem to know what your doing. I run out of contract in a couple of weeks. However it says I can now upgrade at no early upgrade fee. I can get them to upgrade over the phone, the issue is with my friends family 30% off I get told that can only be redeemed online. Therefore will cost so much more to upgrade over the phone. Need to do it so that my discount is accepted.

It could be the offer is not available with any other offer or discount. If you call us on 150, the team can check this for you and look into your My EE account showing this message.

No disrespect to you at all, however I've spoken to three call handlers that have all directed me back to online. I try online and get the same error message. I'm going around in circles, get told go online get the error then come on the community chat and get redirected back to phone. I then get passed back to my employee discount can only. R redeemed online. Only way I see forward from this mess is reduce my discount to forced discount as a reservist. I will then take up my 25% with vodaphone

In this case, I would suggest your friend or family member gets in touch with the friends and family team so they can get this looked into for you.
