I Can't use allowance on pay as you go

Hi I'm on pay as you go with EE. I toppt up a few days ago. So I have 500min.. unlimited txt .. and loads of MB. It.s Evan showing on my account. But it isn.t letting me use any of it. I can only use  the internet if I'm connected with a home broadband. It wonte let me send a txt . This is so annoying. I feel like leaving EE there more trouble than it.s worth. All I have done in the last 6 month is complain. It.s to much hard work. I hope someone can tell me how to sort this.

hi lean I can make calls my Balance is sayin I have unlimited txt and 500 mins and loads of MB. I don't understand why I can't use it. I have had the same number for the last 3 years and I have had my phone for just over 2 years. It s a huewi p 30 smart  2019 with Android 10 so it.s upto date.

Is this your data that is not working for you? 

 

When was the last time you used a chargeable activity as below? 

 

  • Voice and data usage. This includes making calls, sending text messages and picture messages, retrieving a voicemail, and using data that is not within your pack or add-on.
  • Topping up your account.
  • Buying a pack or an add-on.

 

Calls, texts and data usage made using your allowance from your pack do not count towards a chargeable activity.
